Abstracts/ Sinopsis:
The public recognition for a life and creative work, in two dramatic authors, is used for the related contextualisation, and forecast to the challenges, within artistic education, helping to build or educates citizens and the promotion of the talent of children, adolescents and adults in the ways - del buffs, nascent and the fans being worth of the options from popular appropriation and uses with sense- that they represent as much human, territorial and virtual networks at the beginning 21st century, like space for citizen empowerment, coprotagonism of the subjects in the daily life, from vocational election, to recover the adaptability of the life in the work, the education, the recreation and the leisure.
Angel Hache and Ivan Garcia Guerra, after fifty years, crossing the service life of an artist, from a country nonindustrialized, has harvested a set of experiences, wisdom, valuable communicate practices and values, that have served as inspiration to but of two generations of artists, writers and to the enrichment of the hearings, the same in rooms of theater, the radio, the television and the cinema, in the Caribbean, Latin America and Ibero-America.
What could make our generation to emulate and to extend the ways of facilitation facing the presents and future generations, in the humanistic careers, the construction of citizenship and the projection our historical-cultural memory, in Ibero-America, the Caribbean, Africa, Latin America and in the minority groups, of emigrants, located in post industrial societies industrialists as guest-societies, in order to maintain cheers and viable the identitarias signs, of remarkable races and contributions like the one of both authors? … Partly, it constitutes the main motivation of the author, to give continuity to this valuable cultural and human contribution, in its potential of enrichment and replicability, of the patrimony, tangible and intangible, in our towns and the humanity, in its dynamism, perplexities, as totality concrete, socially inclusive, plural, with capacity in fantassy, joy and soaked of hope.
Leadership and management, also suppose to advance in the inward-looking and retrospective glance, on the base of which the management of the time and the opportunities for cooperative world but, where the talents of the people and the needs and aspirations of the communities, are the main assets, of the process of quality, the plurality and the learnings throughout all the life, learning by doing, learning by acting, from the tasks of the improvement and the will, the formation and the experimentation.
Neither the present, nor the future is enrolled, is only to pains a possibility, that it will depend on the will, the sweat and the imagination, of the 6.500 million in Earth´s inhabitants.
Biography matters, like adventure to put on approval, of the values, in the dialogue with the other, without discriminations, nor prejudices… the lessons are not only under the flashes and the spectacle, also in the daily life, the quiet study, public it and the private thing, the artists as citizens.

El reconocimiento público de una vida y obra creativa, en la persona de dos autores dramáticos, sirve para la contextualización y la prospectiva relacionada a los desafíos para la educación artística, la formación de ciudadanos y la promoción del talento de niños, niñas, adolescentes y adultos en los caminos -del aspirantado, los principiantes y aficionados- valiéndose de las opciones de apropiación popular y usos con sentido, que representan las redes solidarias -tanto humanas, territoriales y virtuales- a principios del siglo XXI, como espacio de empoderamiento ciudadano, como coprotagonismo de los sujetos en la vida cotidiana, desde la elección vocacional, para recuperar la versatilidad de la vida en el trabajo, la educación, la recreación y el ocio.
Ángel Hache e Iván García Guerra, luego de cincuenta años, recorriendo el ciclo de vida de un artista, desde un país no industrializado, han cosechado un conjunto de experiencias, saberes, practicas y valores, que han servido de inspiración a mas de dos generaciones de artistas, escritores y al enriquecimiento de las audiencias, lo mismo en salas de teatro, la radio, la televisión y el cine, en el Caribe, América Latina e Iberoamérica.
Qué podría hacer nuestra generación para emular y ampliar los modos de facilitación de cara a las presentes y futuras generaciones, en las carreras humanísticas, en la construcción de ciudadanía y en la proyección de la memoria histórico-cultural, en Iberoamérica, Caribe, África, Latinoamerica y en los colectivos minoritarios, de emigrantes, ubicados en sociedades huésped, industriales y postindustriales, a fin de mantener vivas y viables las señas identitarias, de carreras y contribuciones notables como la de ambos autores? …en parte, constituye la motivación principal del autor, para dar continuidad a esta valiosa contribución cultural y humana, en su potencial de enriquecimiento y replicabilidad, del patrimonio, tangible e intangible, en nuestros pueblos y en la humanidad, en su dinamismo, sus perplejidades, como totalidad concreta, socialmente inclusiva, plural, gozadora y empapada de esperanza.
Liderazgo y gerencia, suponen también avanzar en la mirada introspectiva y retrospectiva, sobre la base de que la gestión del tiempo y las oportunidades de un mundo mas cooperativo, donde los talentos de las personas y las necesidades y aspiraciones de las comunidades, sean los principales activos -del proceso de calidad, de la pluralidad y los aprendizajes a lo largo de toda la vida- desde los quehaceres del perfeccionamiento y la voluntad, de la formación y la experimentación.
Ni el presente, ni el futuro están inscritos, sólo son a penas una posibilidad, que dependerá de la voluntad, del sudor y la imaginación, de los 6,500 millones de habitantes de la tierra.
La biografía importa, como aventura para poner a prueba los valores, en el dialogo con el otro/a, sin discriminaciones, ni prejuicios... las lecciones no están sólo bajo los flashes y el espectáculo, también en: la vida cotidiana, en el estudio silencioso, en lo publico y en lo privado, de los artistas en tanto ciudadanos/as.
