A propos del discernimiento ético: la motivación intrínseca, las subjetividades activas en prácticas o flujos simbólicos, las culturas híbridas, el valor del ejemplo y otros intangibles -filosofía, creatividad, educación, solidaridad, liderazgo proactivo- para la factibilidad en la vida cotidiana -mas allá de los discursos, los simulacros y las poses- de la ciudadanía cultural, el edutainment, las redes -del ciberespacio y de la nueva economía- como oportunidades mas o menos horizontales y retroalimentantes de las políticas públicas- desarrollo humano, apropiación y usos con sentido de las NTICs, iniciativas de inclusión social- en el paradigma de la complejidad y la economía del saber.

Se dice popularmente que las oportunidades son calvas y que cuando aparecen, se agarran por un pelo. El tiempo vivido, el tiempo sentido, el tiempo administrado y co-construido en el diálogo con el otro/a, aprendiendo, desaprendiendo, elucidando en el marco de lo posible, lo desconocido, lo inesperado, imposibilitados de separarlo de y en sus partes constitutivas, sin atentar contra su dialecticidad, sin desguazar su organizidad . Anclados quizás a la expresión barthesiana de que investigar, es el momento o tiempo en que se enseña, lo que se desconoce (Barthes, 1973), reinventando los roles y procesos, donde el maestro es alumno y viceversa, retejiendo ambos sus propias subjetividad(es) e incerteza(s), en las arenas movedizas del cambio permanente, en la duda y la práctica del pensamiento libre[1] – responsable, informado, democrático, tolerante, polémico, innovador, crítico, antiautoritario, antiadultocentrico, antidogmático, antisectario, desprejuiciado- sin arrogancias, ni otras “malas ondas” o “malas vibraciones”.
Diálogo abierto, la escucha activa1 – humildad y tolerancia, cristalizadas en el beneficio de la duda, para aprender del convivir junto al otro/a- pese a todas las diferencias, los temores, los prejuicios y estereotipos: aprender a abrir esa puerta de los sentidos, para dejar pasar la idea, la propuesta, la seducción, la pregunta incomoda, la duda -frases que nos rompen los esquemas o nos quitan el sueño- arrebatándonos la paz o la poltrona de la consagración, para arrojarnos, humildemente, a reconsiderar lo sabido o lo prohibido, bajo la luz y la lupa de nuevas evidencias2, negociando sentidos, significaciones -24/7, los 365 días del año- para el redescubrimiento o reencantamiento del mundo conocido. ....

Abstracts/ Sinopsis:
The public recognition for a life and creative work, in two dramatic authors, is used for the related contextualisation, and forecast to the challenges, within artistic education, helping to build or educates citizens and the promotion of the talent of children, adolescents and adults in the ways - del buffs, nascent and the fans being worth of the options from popular appropriation and uses with sense- that they represent as much human, territorial and virtual networks at the beginning 21st century, like space for citizen empowerment, coprotagonism of the subjects in the daily life, from vocational election, to recover the adaptability of the life in the work, the education, the recreation and the leisure.
Angel Hache and Ivan Garcia Guerra, after fifty years, crossing the service life of an artist, from a country nonindustrialized, has harvested a set of experiences, wisdom, valuable communicate practices and values, that have served as inspiration to but of two generations of artists, writers and to the enrichment of the hearings, the same in rooms of theater, the radio, the television and the cinema, in the Caribbean, Latin America and Ibero-America.
What could make our generation to emulate and to extend the ways of facilitation facing the presents and future generations, in the humanistic careers, the construction of citizenship and the projection our historical-cultural memory, in Ibero-America, the Caribbean, Africa, Latin America and in the minority groups, of emigrants, located in post industrial societies industrialists as guest-societies, in order to maintain cheers and viable the identitarias signs, of remarkable races and contributions like the one of both authors? … Partly, it constitutes the main motivation of the author, to give continuity to this valuable cultural and human contribution, in its potential of enrichment and replicability, of the patrimony, tangible and intangible, in our towns and the humanity, in its dynamism, perplexities, as totality concrete, socially inclusive, plural, with capacity in fantassy, joy and soaked of hope.
Leadership and management, also suppose to advance in the inward-looking and retrospective glance, on the base of which the management of the time and the opportunities for cooperative world but, where the talents of the people and the needs and aspirations of the communities, are the main assets, of the process of quality, the plurality and the learnings throughout all the life, learning by doing, learning by acting, from the tasks of the improvement and the will, the formation and the experimentation.
Neither the present, nor the future is enrolled, is only to pains a possibility, that it will depend on the will, the sweat and the imagination, of the 6.500 million in Earth´s inhabitants.
Biography matters, like adventure to put on approval, of the values, in the dialogue with the other, without discriminations, nor prejudices… the lessons are not only under the flashes and the spectacle, also in the daily life, the quiet study, public it and the private thing, the artists as citizens.

Developing impacts human, regional integration and citizenship; Tangible and intangible contributions to cross- cultural identities, quality of life, edu-leisure or edutainment, renovation in exporting profiles, potentials, democratization of opportunities and cultural patrimony impelling the visibility, the reconversion of the productive apparatus, by single citizens empowerment and global investments in cultural or creative industries, small business, nascent and fans, and their contribution to the ethno-linguistic and cultural diversity.
