To: All citizens, which since of participle under, The Interdependent & Democratic Youthful Movement (1870-1980), actors, actress or victims of symbolic or structural violences, around the world: if they still practice them... reinventing theirselves, daily, living an internal and permanent revolution -spiritual torments or in satisfaction...- nauseated about risks for freedom, participation, joy, peace and happiness –into, formally pluralists or open societies- with their own voices, feeling, imagination, friendship, training, new production Questions and answers.

0. Summary.

Citizenship as unlimited and unconcluded process – an ab infinitum, contradictory, enrichment, personal project-implies check or review itself, for keep in focus with the contexts, emerging tendencies or radical zigzags, out all determinism, in current days.

Stay alive, is more than stay breathing, in a long term project for build citizenship, in a permanent dialog with other/s, after dead all meta- narratives, individuals experimented isolation, frustration, rage, depression or loss the orientation for they day by day, ordinary life. But the planet and the life in the Earth, has not finish, yet. Mali (2007) gave us an extra time, for think about it.

Recently, after finish World Summit in Micro Credit and Micro Finance (Dec, 2007), we saw, NGOs sector, and particularly women are changing the world, with micro efforts or personal contributions to the economy: 80% leaders and clients, into this emergent field, are women. Grooviest news! for a planet, urgently, needing new hopes and fresh views, about: leisure, work, job, capitals or investments.

Talented people with their -non prejudices- approaches to human development subjects and agendas, are making a relevant contribution, 24/7 into the global, local, national, continental networks.

Leadership, economy, mass -and emergent- Medias, families, organizations, life styles, business, and scenarios are permanently in movement. If we observe, since post II World War(1945), kids and youth people are leading changes in the world, particularly into industrial and post industrial societies.

Sadly, in some Caribbean and Latin America (1930-1980s) countries, this movement can’t happen in synchronicity with the rest of human kind, because our nations keep a long distance, living or suffering and intolerant hegemony, in an institutional and brutal parenthesis for self –organization, institutionalization, modernization and democracy, characterized for irruption of dictatorships.

African and Asian experiences, during this historical period, relative to 1945-1980s, represents one opportunity for self determination, and re-launch their cultures, societies and economies, as post colonial projects of nations: reviewing their own development model, and finding their own priorities, for surpass, secular exclusion, invisibility and intolerance to etno-cultural and linguistic diversity, including in this quick dialog, their youth.

Gerontocratic visions of world -or adult-centrism, as ideology- are not ruling the planet, since 60s, when youth, made changes in fashion, music, life styles, values, collective behave, priorities in public policies, particularly in Occidental Europe, Jappan and U.S.

Other traditional societies, still keep alive, the notions, about power, based in wealthy or capacity for uses –threat or management- violence, including body punish. Into these routinely expressions of domain –as patriarchal hierarchy, sexism, emotional or economical chantages, or orders –by ways of interaction, with kids and youth- demanding of them “Not think”, “Not ask”, ”shut up”, “only listen and obey”, in jobs, schools, colleges, families, social interaction into multigenerational surrounds, represents and reproduces, deprivation or starving process, lived for adults, within contexts, where affective life, were less appreciate, know, promote and analyzed, than current moments, in Occidental and contemporary societies.

Today some parents, leaders, business people, express some times melancholic views, missing other epochs, where only one person, speaks and rules -in the family, in the office, in the industry, in the medias, on bed, in the communitarian issues, in the class room- they scream “chaos”, “ocase”, dissolution, destruction, for “cultures” when listen emergent voices, asking or trying to help democracy, keep in context -with accuracy, accountability, governance, transparency- because they are really, missing dictatorship times, when people, rationalities get not surprises, diversity or questions.

“Make happy” that kind of leaders in organizations, is not possible within emergent paradigms: the life become complex, indicators in employs, business or civic organizations, too.

The macro environment has hundred of new ingredients, challenges, learning, contexts, connections or correlations, never expressed before- within Cartesian and Fordist references, as paradigmal guides- for be success, into mosaic cultures (Moles, 1962), economies, activities and world.

Subjectivity, lateral though, sensibility, creativity, intuition, feelings, values, imagination, capacities for learns, prospective views, non satisfaction –as stimuli to kayzen process or continuous improving- never were convergent factors, or express as part to the “kit” oriented to be success: in leadership, parental guidelines, or business.

The previous generations generated wealthy in a planet with less competences, were required, extract, process, transform -mining, agricultural, animals resources- THINGSfor provide solutions to a markets, oriented to survive, materially, biologically ,predominantly.

The latest frontier, between manual and intellectual labor, was broke, in the moment, PC (1980), was transformed in a work station.

I mean, one single machine, can provides, environments and tools, for write, calculate, make graphic, statistical process, manage data bank.

Previously to this giant step, 3, 5, 7 employees, work -doing each one in a desk- one or two, specific or specialized functions for provide value, adding value in services, in the same office, 8 hours a day: small business, small organizations, small entrepreneurs, can not pay all these charges, contracting experts. The other subject was the size, the need of space, for keep running computers, main frames, or similars.

In in this moment, I can remember an old song “ el tiempo esta a favor de los pequenos/ de los desnudos, de los olvidados” (“Current time is allied pro little guys, the naked people, forgotten peoples”), but not in the same contexts expressed by poet S. Rodriguez, alluding to El Salvador.

Truly, current times are recovering personal autonomy, empowering people for use, appropriates, create new horizons, new innovations, new proposals, for help –themselves and help others- to excluded people to rediscover their own potential, imagination, and critical sense, as citizens, in a world interested in diversity, tolerance, peace, human development and promote humanistic views, and free speech, for obtain the opportunity for observe, what is working, what is not working, where is the truth, as unlimited scales of gray, not black or white, good or bad, as manichaeism and cold war, promoted.

Today, the idea has recovery the status of weapon for combat, in the hands of free men and women. The monopolies about the truth, had finished, more and more citizens, in everywhere, including under incredible dictatorships, are exploring the option relative to new or emergent medias, for express themselves, in civic journalism, asking for explanations, reforms, respect human rights, sharing information, view points, images, songs, designs, experiences, feelings, passions, curiosities, fears and hopes.

Today to think -critically, creatively, keeping alive tolerance, diversity and democratic values- is a new tool for survive, as citizen, as employee, as father, as son, as daughter, as teacher, as alumni, as pupil, as leader, as person.

Into a contexts, designed for adding value in exchange information -select, organize, classify, comment, resume, share, reflex, storage- and enjoy the process, implies new ways, new skills, new challenges – previously reserved only for priest, scholars, well educated elites o people can pay for a team, in these fields- for exist on the earth, no only isolated in one island, expert role, familiar dimension, or physical or geographic community.

Today, is time for demystify -when organizations or peoples imagine themselves, they get all the truth- recovering the concept, the curiosity and the right( Article 19th, Universal Declaration of Human Rights): information only become in power, if is transmitted.

Together, obviously is possible perpetual improving, doing everything better, low risk, uncertainness, fears, discretional or arbitraries management technics –as false views, data, interpretation, secret or censorship- are permanently against, freedom and citizenship, because a single citizen, ONLY is expecting -not take the power, or ruling the State- only feel safe and comfortable, because people employee for do this are using the best tools, for well management, well government to us, as persons, as pupil, as kid, as youth, as citizen, as member in a team.

Stay out the process, not permits people feels safe and confortable: low educated people, NOT feel out, they don’t know they are out.

The ignorance, the alienation are like blindness, because NOT let you freed for express, promote one idea, receive or analyze ideas -coming from multiple sources and resources- making you conformist with nothing, without know nothing, -including if the new challenges are going to kick you out side your community, your employ or your school- for make all the things better with your attention, your interests, your care for details, and your imagination.

Ignorance, makes you spiritually impoverished, for be responsible for your own present or future, week, easily instrumentalizable, for organizations, fanatics, intolerants, ideologies, faith or business.

If you prefer stay ignoring the contexts, probably in few years, you’ll become poorer and excluded, than next years, and before last year.

Watch out! Is other magical, word, for ANYBODY, if you are expecting keep living into a democracy: nobody needs to sign a blanc check, for make happy to leadership, trust admiration and faith, can not become suicidal, for personal rights.

Imagine; if Cervantes, Pound, Dickens, Whitman, only write their texts, and never found an editor, or a printing service, for share their thought. You and I never could get noticed they had existed, and how they think.

Currently, people are recovering conscious about, how fallible are leadership, if is not in context, if gets not, feedback, quality in information, participation, cross-disciplinary, cross-cultural views, and permanent learning-action process, for stay alive, safe in an interdependent, family, society, enterprise, project, church, school, government, community.

That is not possible inning to a new paradigm, because this vision represents the roots for explain the behavior coming from isolate inventor, isolate citizens as victim of autocracy, isolate teachers, in control of truth monopolies, within unlimited discretionarily, for create, apply, change or violate the confidential rules, in public and private spheres.

Kids and youth, permanently are thinking and asking by themselves, within interdependent or globalized flow of images, life styles -and tools for compares, in human rights terms-”: “How am I living?”;“Why?”; “How are they treatment to me”; Is just the way they talk and treat to me? Do they really love me?” in reference to adults with control, capacity for arbitraries ruling, into public and domestic spaces, the routines of kids and youth.

Probably the curiosity and sense of challenge -more than sense, of patriotic duty- keep in context, in creative ground, kids and youth: permanently against be boring, hyperactive, and reflexive, in their capacity for keep alive, day dreams, discovering their own challenges, priorities, pleasures, at the same time their bodies and mind, grows-feeding by experiences, slides of news, readings, parties, travels, tasks, home works, interaction with neighbors, and capacities for imagine, they can use, enjoy and build a better world…only if find one opportunity for feel useful, accepted, tolerated, listened, understands, in parallel they try to understand, participate or find the failures, in the adult work, adult recreational sketches, patters, view points, authoritarian tradition, absurd, pretentious, blind, selfish, possessive, one-dimensional, short term planning: the adult world.

Adults probably never imagine how much they are observed, without pity, for “small members” in a family. How, their contradictions, betweens values promote and day by day practices, generates delusions in kids and youth, under, their incapacity for keep alive, act, following promises, for satisfy childhood and youth universes, within a home, in the news, in the schools: watching other parents, and comparing their own with others: about a word as gold, and other visions; when that procedures are expressed as promises, open one circle of emergent expectations, but never happen. What to do, without power, when the dreams never come true?

Trying to escape.

Kids under the effect relative to non capacity for make a boundary between dreams and reality are a victim of inconsistent, double standards, in parental guidelines or leaders decisions…

For us, as promoters in CCIAV.org proyect, the life was not so different than other kids and young people, acting in cultural movement, since 1976 (14 years old), as amateur, we got illusions, about cultural industries, or creative fields, in our country, expecting be linked to a long life and successful career in theatre plays, festivals and events, after attend and be acting, in First Drama Festival, sponsored by Catholic University (UCMM, 1978 or1979???), under directing of professor Jose Nunez, :”La Tortura” y “La Maestra” written by Enrique Buenaventura (TEC, Cali, Colombia).

The original expectations, generated by a new -and magnificent- Cultural Center in Santiago de los Caballeros (“Centro de la Cultura”, 1979), was supported by international encounters with professors as Sergio Arraw, Alberto Rowinsky (Pantomimic, Uruguay), Armando Villamil (Classical Ballet Dancer and Choreographer, Panama), Jorge Huerta (Chicano’s Theatre, California), and many others, in correspondence with recovery and return of exiled talent, in Dominican Republic, during these few and new years of democracy: a tolerant path was open, for multicultural dialogues. and experiences sharing, in this moment.

Personally, since 1976, I was experiment with CB band radio, and DX universes stablish a radio station within that kind of radio frequencies, in the roof of my house, with my brother Dimas de Jesus, interacting in parallel with volunteers movement, as Red Cross and Civil Defense.

Mundi Nunez, taught me, how to operate that thing, and I started to make friends, on submarine channels, from Argentina, Mexico, Peru and other remotes places, as France, England or Spain. I got not idea, that internet exists, as a secret project. in this moment.

The CB was my first amateur experience with telecommunications, but I want to be writer, not a broadcaster, that kind of activity, only consume a little part in leisure time, but it was funny, interesting, passionate: jump outside the island and islanders routines. I keep contact with this activity, since 1976, to mid of 90s, ending XX century, moving one of those equipments, practically to everywhere, when I need to expend more than a week.

I repeat, the experience was sooooo funny. Talk about music, food, literature, events, concerts, festivals, and so on.

Obviously, we are not excluded, we can share, explore, think, move across the nation, make camping, in isolated areas as Sosua, Jarabacoa or Constanza- tourism industry, n DR, started in 80s- as many other teems, in middle class and the ruling class.

The relation with our current subject and issues is simple: beginners and amateurs, are people, exploring, searching, interrupting –some times, angry or mad- looking their own identities and expressive channels for find themselves.

This is why they, search, ask, want, wish, find their own, place in contemporary world. Some of them dance, other lead demonstrations, other sing, other plays, other be boring because don’t know what to do with their lives.

But hey!! In the ancient -Cartesian and Fordist paradigm- the society could avoid, their demands, not paying attention of them, in emergent scenarios, if societies reproduce this old pattern of behaviors the society is commitments suicide, killing itself.

Of course talent are asymmetrically distributes in the planet, in a neighborhood, in a county, in a region, but that’s happen because talented people were reduced to arts, literature and arts & crafts, each area have it own talent hunting, talent hunters, think tanks or colleges, but the rest of human kind, still stay in peace with their conscious, imagine, creative process is a kind, existing after you birth, in a little collective of eccentric or bohemian, individuals.

The new view point, focus or alert, is develop creativity, implies, totally to all population, all ordinary activities to the life, all stages, social practices, in a planet claiming for new challenges, sustainable energies, thin corporations, new sectors for a new economy: the amateur, the entrepreneur, the fast thinkers, the well informed citizens, proactive leaders and visions, are new areas for express or develop, creativity or critical views, thinking in human development and social inclusion, where poverty starts to be defined as obscenity, or shame, not only for victims, including for multilateral organisms as World Bank, or IMF, UN, UNDP or UNESCO.

The world and mentalities –attitudes, values, patterns, expectations- are changing.

Currently, authors reserved in their moment, for avant garde readers or specialized audiences -Toffler, Bourdieu, Ramonet, Morin, Castells, Peters, Heidegger, Negroponte, Eco, Chomsky, Drucker, Sabater, for example - are in contact with segments of the youth, and some fragment of global management, governments, experts and business people.

Probably, they never imagined something like that, but is happening, their speeches, keep moving in the medias, meetings, dialogues on the corridors, when exists people interested in understand, with hope present times: a new thirst is running in the world, the thirst of know, know the truth or help to build it. Peoples, want know, what’s up? They wish know what’s going on, today and tomorrow, in the century of speed, citizens NEED, not read the chronicles, after things happen.

Citizens want to participate, exploring, unknown universes, building new relations, inventing or connecting –unedited- possibilities, for survive, materially and spiritually…finding authenticity, making sense, in their own sense, of their own lives, without ventriloquists, intermediaries or mediators, 24/7.

Today, emergent views are opening, in everywhere. Peoples, enjoy capacities for self and contribute, searching, building autonomous expressive spaces - for, from, to traverse, around catapult from the dispersed talent, offering the rural opportunities to the childhood, youth, settlers and the specialized hearings - in the Caribbean, Latin America and America- have been defied constant of the individuals and building other kind of consensus, humankind, humanities voices, capacity - when visions and democratic values share, on the democratization and modernization from the base of the society that anywhere in the world not industrialized, animate, contribute opinions and talent, from the Cultural Center of Audio-visual, Exchange (CCIAV), its allies, volunteers, readers, hearings, in as much as citizens are determinate to find other ways for think and act, for social inclusion.

This is only one case, a single example, about: how priorities and the direction can change in the wind?

Audiovisual fields were considered snob subjects, and without any future- “less useful than nothing”, “as too many other petit bourgeois hobbies” in great part of the democratic and solidarities sectors - in our motherland, Dominican Republic, in first half of 80s- we listened, respected, but never believe in that kind of obviously prejudiced vision.

Today -20 or 25 years after- audiovisual fields, has been instituted in a mechanism of social inclusion, with respect to the etno-cultural and linguistic diversity, on world-wide scale, as you advance, the hours, the months, the years, particularly,: for illiterates, semi-illiterates, functional illiterates, among other invisibilized and vulnerable groups - women, original inhabitants in American and African places, afro-descendants, in education, cultural-animation, entertainment system, for families, since early childhood, young people, isolate old grandfathers, grandmothers or widows.

We were showed up as organization, in the middle of the storm: in the ` lost decade’.

We came from another initiative that praised the inclusion and rural urban dispersed pursuit, in our country, Dominican Republic, to the development plans without discriminating the same one by level of expertise - beginners, fans, professionals, oral and written memories or manifestations, forms of registry, and level of competition, neither fixed minimums, nor tops in the age of the participants.

The insular society, keeps in silence, in the elites, anchored in the views of fordist and Cartesian paradigm -“WHY need us, that ‘complicate thing’ or invest additional efforts, in low educated people”?

The answer will comes one generation later, today.

Today, more than twenty years later - when no longer few, but many speak of competitiveness, inclusion, progress, modernity and human development we were with: the urban violences, the micro traffic, with the insecurity perceptions.

Lamentably the sufficient thing was reversed -, neither in the critical sectors nor in the education, nor in the culture, nor in the reconvention on time, of the productive apparatus, nor in the healthy leisure and the recreation, for the medium families of and smaller income.

Never there was a policy of state – a consistent public policy, with horizon in middle or long term- talked with the society on the matter. Every certain time, with the changes of administration, the country, "reset" itself, helped with passion by political parties-nation returns to Kindergarten- and new dreams and inventions, arise like a rabbit in the black hat of some, farcical or magical of circus.

Unemployment changes of hand, back and for.

Nothing, nothing, really politics –as art of well government for all- tends to happen with the ministerial low coordination, passions, the businesses, the myopia, the sectarianism, the nepotism, clientelar and the patrimonialists links. Some authors, as videographer P. Caba calls to our societies, "Macondo", where some times, the reality surpass fictions or imagination of artists.

On the other hand, the last cuplé, for Dominican Clubist Movement was the decade of 80s last. Previously, much people, energies and instrumentalizaciones in such social sector, was associate with solidarity, but finally everybody removed the masks: it was an umbrella, for dissident thought, expressive channels for those who could not exert their rights for think and express demands of changes, with laws as number 69 and 70.

The long parentheses in clubist movement, helped to atomizing the germ that was in the clubs, their cohesive, movilization and motivacional capacities as ethical reserve in Dominican people - towards the study, the associative life, the family and the scientific cosmovisions- close to citizens in slums, ghettos and marginalized areas.

During times when clubist movement was strong into the territories, allowed a porosity of the information in circulatory circuits, making of such channels of self-expression and formation of leadership, a space with potentiality, to impel the social inclusion, just like to detect, from affiliated his, collaborating and lead, fresh sources and voices - festivals of voices, Rafael Solano works, were authentic expression, relatives to disperse talents in DR- for a vigorous movement of communitarian, childhood-youthful and familiar creativity, between nascent and fans.

Some talented persons discovered during Solano’s Fest got nonsingle to professionalize themselves, inning to national ‘star system’, including some, having even presented, in movements of the alternative, as it celebrates festival "7 Days with the people".

This step, repeated by years -during life cycle of Solano’s fest- overcoming the contradiction field-city, macrocephalic Santo Domingo-capital prejudices against inhabitants of the interior of DR, imagining “only is possible to think” if you are living, in Santo Domingo.

In Caribbean Zone, exists an old proverb: "Who seeds winds, harvests storms".

Kids, old people, families attend to cultural and sports clubs activities, because were free, predominantly, with beginners and amateurs artists.

Oversaturated populations, with poverty, low income, few opportunities for become inserting in monetary mainstream, and recent immigration process from rural areas, represents the sketch, Dominican slums, and popular sectors areas, 60s, 70s, 80s.

The community organized, with volunteers nucleated around club structures, health, education, recreative or leisure offers- carnivals, patron celebrations, conferences, films and documentary projections, sport intramural championships, and others- particularly during weekends, and holy times.

“La gira” a journey, to beaches or rivers, was institutionalized, during summer times, integrating people in a multigenerational ways.

The collective adversity -and the intolerant context post civil war (1965)- help community to recognize how stay together for survive, the law for freeze minimum salaries in 60 dollars -more than 10 years- OPEP crisis (1973), problems with sugar cane (1973-1974), in global markets, at the same time, advertising, radio and television, came to popular sectors, as hypo-consumers, they can only dream with the branch system, living the neighbor, for a couple hours, visiting the small stores at down town.

The country smelled, ran, acted, felt, dreamed different: the pre-anomie context.

One day, peoples, let languish the cultural and sports clubs, which, by but of twenty years went retaining wall as opposed to the temptations "the culture of the sample free" of the drug trafficking, to induce to the demand, among other disruptive or antisocial behaviors (1960-1980).

In parallel, to the partner-political and socio-cultural situation (1963-1978), the relative opening of the country in the transicional period to the democracy, allowed that new habits and visions of the world -a powerful suggestive and penetrates, emergent, new vision about status, social recognition, associated consumerism and life satisfactions- the ordinary life of families, but mainly the imaginary one, the aspiracional horizon, was oriented in other direction.

The expectations of kids, the sectors of smaller age, so that: economists as Aleman (1991) maintains that a cut in 1969 can be needed, when the population had choose, by the American Way of Life, being different itself from the sparing habits of consumption, exhibited - forced by the dictatorship of Trujillo and its concentration of production means and the circulation of information by the popular sectors, single one decade back of such point.

The decade of 60s and 70s, also had its communitarian support, in the religious organizations, one as which, it has served from ALERC, like a symbol of which the radio can do by the citizens in the continent, Radio Santa Maria, next to the youthful centers and the youthful pastorals, after Puebla and Medellín - with the preferential option by the poor people and the liberation’s theology - keep mobilize to thousands and thousands of young people, in all the country, when everything was turn in another direction: the hollow of leadership, idols or emblematic figures, was filled with a new character, or in the decade of 90s, the “jodedor”, the head of gangue or gang.

Even with such emergent turns in the life clay pit and to a lesser extent in the countryside, proposals and solutions - arisen from the same society did not articulate, the imposition or the improvisation from those years to cross the country, handspan to handspan, with this initiative and the always shared in common support of College’s Cultural Movement (MCU) and the personnel of the time, in the Faculty of Humanities of the public university (UASD, 1538).

The MCU, as organization had a long tradition, surges during the few things relatives to transitional movement dictatorship to democracy (1961-1962), name “Movimiento Renovador” (Renaissance Movement), trying to put outside all Trujillist influences into the college -administration, in pensa, human resources, and conquest autonomy and co management with participation of students, in academic power, before May 1968, in Europe- the Cultural Movement, and Cultural Extension Dept, were and in heritages, coming from this complex and non ended process, for put out, Trujillist forces, and conservatives world visions, in DR ordinary life.

The MCU, were an experience for become, adult, leaving adolescence, in parallel with tolerant and solidary views, from authorities in Faculty of Humanities – authors as A. Lockward Artiles (Dean) philosopher as A. Moreta, linguistics as I. Grullon , were inspirational and moral support, in those times.

Kids and young people, get the right, to participate defining their lives the world –culture, economy, the food, the dance- they are going to engage for help to build, 24/7, across all their lives.

To build something implies, one agenda, not only a wish: where people express honestly, what kind of sacrifices they are agree -or not- to do, for empowerment themselves – within life long education and recycling process- not following double standards: looking for culture, society, economy and education, in social inclusion, useful, but transcendent in values –and practices- day by day of tolerant and celebrant attitudes, relative to emergent voices and proposals.

Talent was a critical factor for survive, ending XX century, it will be most important, tomorrow, than today, for help insert as nations, persons, territories, municipal life, business, within emergent paradigms…

You can find or create networks, about each problems, subject, process, element, without forget: persons, practices and values, can make the difference, in strategic planning, we believed that, and we had invent this virtual network, for help each other, to exist without loss our multiples roots, experiences and dreams, with paths and fingerprints, as a proposal for enjoy the pleasure of life, into a plural society, cultural and economy, -the society, the cultures, the languages, the economies of humankind- with hope and joy, freed with our dreams, without nightmares or “totalitarian enchants”.

Bienvenido/a: El tema del ocio y sus tendencias, han sido siempre una gran pasión para nosotros -mas que por sus implicaciones en la economía y la salud, de quienes logran disfrutarlo, como derecho de ultima generación-por la conexión de las opciones del tiempo libre, con la libertad humana, a titulo individual, colectivo, comunitario, territorial e histórico-cultural. Cuando leemos, fuera de las muros de Nanterre (1968) y de la radicalidad festiva de esa clarinada a la conciencia universal, en pro de la libertad y del lugar del conocimiento, la superacion del adulto-centrismo y las represiones heredadas del antiguo regimen (Mayo, 1968), que "la imaginacion es mas importante que el conocimiento" (A. Einstein), algo mas que una historia de grandes personalidades, heroes, mitos y espacios colonizados para la compra venta, nos vienen a la memoria: el reposicionamiento de las individualidades, en su capacidad de hacer (se) preguntas o formular entremiradas, como respuesta, sobre el sentido de la vida en la sociedad pluralista, la ciudadania on line, todas aspiraciones imposibles de animar, de encarnar, exilando a los sujetos, su humor, su pensamiento y el tiempo que los mismos poseen, al margen de la vida mochilera, del gana-pan o reproductor biologico, de su vida... EL OCIO, libre -de cadenas espirituales o discrecionalidades del censor- fraterno, tolerante, es esa zona de distencion, exploracion y dialogo con las distintas epocas y generaciones, sobre la tierra. En cierto modo son las industrias culturales o del entretenimiento, el escenario, para gozar, plantear y enriquecer los suenos del tipo de humanidad, vecindario, aldea, pais o continente, que consciente o inconscientemente, con nuestros consumos, preferencias, adversiones, prioridades, en el ocio estamos ayudando a construir o a desvanecer. La musica como aventura sensorial, recuperacion de la oralidad y el virtuosismo de compositores e instrumentistas, dentro del tiempo de ocio, nos ha seducido hace mucho tiempo, tanto en el marco de lo que ella posibilita, para el ejercicio del talento, como de su influencia en tejer un hilo magico con la humanidad, en sus distintos transitos, hacia la libertad y la ciudadania plena. En musica -como consumidor intensivo de musica- creo que musica y lectura, son los vicios mas sanos o inocuos, para vencer el aburrimiento y al mismo tiempo reencontrarnos con la nocion de ocio-instruccional (Doumazeider, 1968), hoy rebautizada como edutainment o edu-cio, por Unesco en su Informe Mundial sobre la Cultura (2007), Cuernavaca, Morelos. (Hay una version en Lengua Espanola, disponible en internet y en formato PDF). En musica, como en las artes y la literatura en sentido amplios, existe una diferencia, entre ser retro y evaluar la calidad de obras, que han resistido el paso del tiempo, de mirada en mirada, de voz en voz, de generacion en generacion. Ser retro, implica para algunos, que cualquier tiempo pasado fue mejor, evidentemente, no somos retro, cuando despreciamos ser victima de una factoria productora de best sellers, y nos atrincheramos en una relecturas de "El Quijote", pese a que no vivimos, ni extranamos para nada el Medioevo, ni el Santo Oficio, ni las guerras santas, ni andamos transportandonos a caballo: existen otros valores transgenericos, transepocales, transubjetivos, en lo que el publico y la critica, en uno de sus pocos felices encuentros, asignan la calidad o estatuto de literariedad, literaturidad o arte-valor. Los sujetos en sus escanciamientos epistemicos, son los protagonistas de que Garcia Marquez, Neruda, Serrat, Dali, Borges o Paz, como a otros, el jazz, el gospel, R&B, el folklore, spirituals, mardi grass, nos sirvan como banderas para concitar la amistad, o colocar sus pensamientos como un valor de la humanidad -y no solo de su vecindario, su region, su pais o su continente- a lo largo de mas de una generacion. Los criterios de inclusion, a partir del que buceamos dia y noche en documentos, dentro y fuera de la internet, son mas o menos comprensibles: creemos en el hombre de este tiempo, y de los demas tiempos, los transcurridos y los por venir. No tenemos conciencia de culpa alguna, por nuestra devocion al ocio y al goce: nos interesan las practicas de cantautores, animadores, gestores y promotores de la calidad y la autenticidad, en ritmos, escuelas,momentos, movimientos, pero esto no es un aula: es una fiesta. Lo planteado en el parrafo anterior es mas o menos como sigue: en terminos de musica, amamos las musicas, que van mas alla de la faciloneria, la simplicidad, por eso nos importan tanto las liricas como el acompanamiento, procurando en lo posible que las selecciones de cortes, no sean pensadas o creadas, solo para los pies, o solo para la cabeza. Tal seleccion no es neutra, somos del Caribe, aunque tales lealtades no son tan fuertes, como para cometer la estupidez de perdernos del resto de la humanidad en cualquier epoca. LO QUE NOS IMPORTA EN ESTE CANAL ES LA ORIGINALIDAD, la inmanencia, la especificidad de los temas, contenidos que se incluyen, en el caso de artistas, como de ciudadanos/as: no somos un tribunal, para juzgar, sus cosmovisiones del mundo, sus practicas extraliterarias, extramusicales, sus problemas de salud, sus habitos, sus enfermedades, sus vicios, sus iconoclasias, su rebeldia, su inconformismo. Cuando cada uno de ellos y ellas, mueran -como de hecho muchos y muchas de ellos/as, ya han desaparecido- a la humanidad y a las futuras generaciones, les quedara la obra. Lo demas importara, solo a historiadores, abogados, jurisconsultos y beatos. O acaso hemos olvidado, que el sujeto es un manojo de contradiciones, donde la practica teorica, la practica politica y la practica artistica, no siempre van de la mano?

Hablamos de personas, artistas o no. De seres humanos, es decir, un poco mas bajo de lo que esperamos de las divinidades y los santos -en la escala de desempeno, y satisfaccion de expectativas sociales o domesticacion hegemonica- pero obviamente muy superiores al promedio de las especies inferiores en la escala ontogenica y filogenica: humanistas que nada humano les sea ajeno. La recuperacion de A. Pushkin, quizas sea oportuna "En la taberna y en la biblioteca" como polos para encontrar la iluminacion, la intuicion, la vida y las sensibilidades, para el conocete a ti mismo, que arrastramos de la antiguedad griega. Si alguien tiene dudas sobre la nota sobre quienes son y han sido los artistas y los intelectuales, los hombres de luces del paradigma anterior ...piense libre, como y por que se llego a la cicuta para un filosofo; la vida domestica, de Diego Rivera, Cervantes, Leonardo, entre otros. Pero quien sabe eso? Los estudiosos/as. Este espacio es para sentir, lo demas lo dejamos para momentos mas comprometidos y menos felices. Nuestra perspectiva para incluir la musica popular y no solo la folklorica de America, pueblos originarios de America, Africa e Iberoamerica- tres notas predominantes, en la seleccion, ya les dije que no era neutra la seleccion musical- es que en muchos casos vivimos tan cerca, y nos conocemos tan poco que da lastima nuestra ignorancia sobre la riqueza expresivo de nuestros vecinos, aunque ahora con los flujos migratorios, todos somos vecinos, nuestras sociedades se estan volviendo mas y mas hibridas y multiculturales. Que bueno! la nocion de pureza, siempre me ha parecido un poco fascista, o cuando menos bastante intolerante, a lo policromo, mas bien, aburrida: quien quiere fotocopias de tropicos monocromos! Ahora la frontera entre los trabajos intelectuales y manuales se estan borrando, se esta comenzando a transitar el sueno gransciano de que todo hombre o mujer son intelectuales, aunque no todos sean reconocidos socialmente como tales. En el siglo que recien inicia, habra que inventarse otro calificativo para los que antiguamente se llamaban intelectuales, no hay ninguna torre de marfil a la vista..."la decadencia esta prohibida" sostene con mucha razon el poeta y cantautor Enrique Bunbury. El canal de musica, es una version gratuita y legal (auspiciado por finetune.com) para la construccion de listas de reproduccion o playlists, y no en vano, tal opcion, se ha hecho popular en el mundo no industrializado, como un competidor, en pro de la diversidad linguistico-cultura, frente a opciones de pago, como i-tunes. Desde alli, nos permitimos el placer de compartir, gustos, preferencias, las cuales van desde el Folklore, pasando por el jazz, la musica clasica, el merengue, samba, salsa, guaguanco, el reggae, el ska, el tamborito, el tango, la cumbia, el ballenato, la musica de los pueblos originarios de America. El acento por la labor de compositores/as y cantautores, de Iberoamerica y el mundo: la sensibilidad y apertura para el disfrute, el goce sin bridas de la musica, como actividad en capacidad de unir personas de distintas latitudes e intereses, en cierto modo expresa desde el placer, la aspiracion de un mundo tolerante y diverso, interesado en la preservacion de la vida y la alegria en la tierra, aunque vivamos las perplejidades, el calentamiento global y la cotidianidad del presente, con esperanza.

Atraer contertulios/as, co-protagonistas y lectores/as que desde sus infinitos estilos de vida, luchan con todas sus fuerzas, primero por tener algún tiempo libre, en tiempos de pluriempleo y educación a lo largo de toda la vida, en segundo lugar, batallan contra el aburrimiento, el adocenamiento y la banalizacion de las actividades y ofertas disponibles en su comunidad, quizas sea la principal motivación de este territorio de libertad e intercambio, desde el ciberespacio. configuring blog - Google Search Ooops! Mi nombre es Yoe F. Santos, vivo en el centro de la isla Hispaniola, en la región del Cibao, me encantan los conciertos, las actividades al aire libre, la lectura y el cine. ____ Cero tolerancia al aburrimiento y las formas conocidas del goce, la diversión o la exploración, en el tiempo de ocio... otro mundo es posible, aunque difícilmente alcance a ser construido, si cada uno se conforma con quedarse en casa o desconectarse de las rutinas, haciendo, lo que siempre ha hecho: esa es la formula para regresar al aburrimiento, sin limites, que a veces, ataca, a quienes quieren y tienen derecho a ser libres, innovadores y felices.

Celebramos este espacio orientado a la vida multicultural y al intercambio consolidado de intereses profesionales, tomando por referente-guía, el valor de las lenguas oficiales en la construcción de sentido de colaboración, alianzas y redes multidisciplinares, en las cuales ciencias, artes, literatura, gerencia y actores del terreno, desde sus emprendimientos, producen soluciones coordinadas y colectivas, para la solución de los problemas, desafíos y oportunidades, destinados a la proyección positiva, del acervo tangible e intangible, en las coordenadas del desarrollo humano y los paradigmas emergentes...el talento y las NTICs pueden ciertamente hacer la diferencia, en una marca, organización, región, municipio o país, en el mundo contemporáneo interdependiente.
